Nursing Referral Bonuses (Temporary Placements):

Referral bonuses are at the rate of £250 for referred candidates placed by Liquid Personnel in Locum Qualified Nursing positions.

A bonus will be paid for the referral of a candidate to Liquid Personnel when the individual is not known to Liquid Personnel and has not registered with us previously.

Referral bonuses are paid in 2 parts, £100 as soon as the referred nurse has passed our compliance screening process, and on completion of first shift, followed by an additional £150 once the nurse has worked 150 client approved hours in a temporary position for Liquid Healthcare

If the referrer works for Liquid Personnel at point of bonus payment the referral bonus will be included in their pay. Referrers in this category who are PAYE status will have tax deducted at source by Liquid Personnel.

If the referrer does not work for Liquid Personnel we will send a template invoice for completion. Upon receipt of the completed and signed invoice, we will issue the referrer with a cheque for the bonus amount.

Candidates must be referred to Liquid in one of three ways in order for a bonus to be paid:

i. The referrer contacts Liquid Personnel by phone or email with the referred candidates name and contact number

ii. The referred candidate calls in, stating that they have been referred by a specific individual in the first call

iii. The referred candidate applies via the Liquid Personnel website, stating who they have been referred by in the “how did you find out about Liquid Personnel” box.

 

Nursing Referral Bonuses (Permanent Placements):

Referral bonuses are at the rate of £350 for referred candidates placed by Liquid Personnel in Permanent Qualified Nursing positions.

A bonus will be paid for the referral of a candidate to Liquid Personnel when the individual is not known to Liquid Personnel and has not registered with us previously.

Referral bonuses are paid as soon as the referred nurse has worked 12 approved weeks in a permanent position for Liquid Healthcare

If the referrer works for Liquid Personnel at point of bonus payment the referral bonus will be included in their pay. Referrers in this category who are PAYE status will have tax deducted at source by Liquid Personnel.

If the referrer does not work for Liquid Personnel we will send a template invoice for completion. Upon receipt of the completed and signed invoice, we will issue the referrer with a cheque for the bonus amount.

Allied Health Referral Bonuses

Referral bonuses are at the rate of £250 for referred candidates placed by Liquid Personnel in Locum Allied Health positions.

A bonus will be paid for the referral of a candidate to Liquid Personnel when the individual is not known to Liquid Personnel and has not registered with us previously.

Referral bonuses are paid as soon as the referred Allied Health Professional has worked 148 client approved hours in a temporary position for Liquid Healthcare.

If the referrer works for Liquid Personnel at point of bonus payment the referral bonus will be included in their pay. Referrers in this category who are PAYE status will have tax deducted at source by Liquid Personnel.

If the referrer does not work for Liquid Personnel we will send a template invoice for completion. Upon receipt of the completed and signed invoice, we will issue the referrer with a cheque for the bonus amount.
