Des Kelly OBE – Des Kelly OBE is the founding chair of the Care Provider Alliance and was Executive Director of the National Care Forum until June 2016. He was awarded an OBE in 2007 for his services to social care.
Jane Orr-Campbell – Jane Orr-Campbell is a 20-year veteran of frontline nursing who specialises in care. A former Director of Domicilary Care who later founded her own operation, she now focuses on supporting other providers run and grow their businesses.
Paul Blane – Paul Blane has 21 years of experience in the health and social care sector, and is now Director of Training Services at eLearning for You & Affinity Training. He is one of the country's leading senior lecturers in social care and is an advisor on the care industry at both local and national government level.
Jonathan Papworth – Jonathan is the co-founder of Person Centred Software, which utilises his experience as a software developer and business analyst in the care industry to provide innovative technological solutions to sector demands, including administration and income management.
Alison Humphries – Alison Humphries is a highly-experienced director and a thirty-year veteran of the recruitment sector. She is the Managing Director of Liquid Personnel and the Chief Examiner of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation.
