Night Nurse - Elderly and Dementia Nursing Home

Night Nurse - RGN or RMN - Elderly and Dementia Nursing Home - St Helens - £18 - £18.50 per hour

Working Hours: Up to 48 hours per week

Commutable from: Liverpool, Warrington, Wigan, Widnes, Ormskirk

We are looking for a Night Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join a 54 bedded Elderly and Dementia Nursing Home, which recently was ranked an overall GOOD in their latest CQC inspection.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing high levels of care within an established and successful care home for the elderly. This client is known for providing high quality care and they want someone passionate about care, who is highly motivated and very person-centred.

Responsibilities of this Night Nurse (RGN or RMN) role include:

* Maintaining excellent clinical skills within NMC guidelines
* To work in partnership and thereby promote choice, participation and motivation
* Promotion of therapeutic activity and wellbeing
* Top support and direct the care team
* Maintenance of CQC fundamental standards and NICE Guidelines
* Monitoring and maintaining standards of care

Responsibilities of this Night Nurse (RGN or RMN) role include:

* RGN or RMN nursing qualification
* Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
* The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments
