Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN or RNLD - Complex Needs Nursing Home - Newcastle - £17.15 per hour + £1500 welcome bonus

Working Hours: Full Time

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD) for a permanent opportunity in a brand-new Nursing Home, Newcastle. The home is part of one of the county's leading providers of nursing homes and they are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their existing team.

Our clients brand new service is now open and will be a nursing home with a difference. This purpose-built service will become home for up to 22 service users. The unique layout means that they can care for adults with a vast array of complex mental and physical health needs and associated challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities for this Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD) role include:

* Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments
* Providing a highest standard of quality care of patients
* Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice
* To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care

Requirements for this Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD) role include:

* RNLD or RMN or RGN qualification
* Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
* The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments
