Deputy Manager - RGN or RMN - Nursing Home - Nottingham - £40,000 per annum

We are seeking a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager (RGN or RMN) to take on the responsibility of running a brand new medium sized Nursing Home.

Responsibilities for this Deputy Manager (RGN or RMN) role include:

* Providing leadership on all issues relating to clinical governance and CQC regulations
* Coordinating and coaching staff to ensure that effective nursing and care services are provided
* Ensuring that quality standards are being monitored and improved
* Working with the Home Manager to support and manage the clinical team
* Providing high quality care and ensuring the lives of residents are met to their individual needs/requirements

Requirements for this Deputy Manager (RGN or RMN) role include:

* Registered nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
* Experience as a Deputy Manager
* Experience managing a service with a "Good" CQC rating
* Strong clinical knowledge and an understanding of CQC regulations
* Driver's License
* Right to work in the UK
