Nursing Home Manager - RGN or RMN - Whitchurch, Shropshire - Up to £50,000 per annum + up to 20% PRP

We are currently seeking an experienced, Nursing Home Manager (RGN or RMN) based in Shropshire to join a successful, continuously growing and "Good" CQC-rated Nursing Home provider to lead one of their homes in the West Midlands.

You must be able to maintain high standards of care throughout the service, develop the reputation of the home with all stakeholders, and be able to inspire, lead and motivate your team. As a Nursing Home Manager (RGN or RMN) you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring that staff are appropriately recruited, retained and developed
* Overseeing the budget and conducting regular audits where required
* Managing the home to maintain or improve the CQC ratings for the services
* Assessing safeguarding policies and ensuring clinical governance is conducted on a regular basis
* Developing and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders
* Delivering in house training for promoted staff or new recruits
* Working with commissioning teams and marketing new services

Essential requirements of this Nursing Home Manager (RGN or RMN) role include:

* Nurse-qualified with NMC PIN (RGN or RMN) (required)
* 2 years minimum experience as a Nursing Home Manager
* Experience managing a Nursing Home with a "Good" CQC inspection
* An in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and the KLOE framework
* UK driver's license
* Eligible to work in the UK
