Clinical Lead Nurse - RGN or RMN - "Good" CQC-rated Nursing Home - Bristol - £50,000 per annum

40 hours per week

We are looking for a Senior Nurse or experienced Clinical Lead (RGN or RMN) to care for elderly residents and mentor the staff nurses in a "Good" CQC-rated nursing home outside of Bristol, in Nailsea.

As Clinical Lead Nurse you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments
* Doing 2 x 12 hour nursing shifts and 2 x 8 hour supernumerary shifts
* Assisting the Deputy and Home Manager when needed
* Providing a highest standard of quality care for patients in the step down unit
* Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice
* Assisting the clinical lead with governance and training of new staff

The successful Clinical Lead Nurse will have:

* An RGN or RMN qualification with active PIN
* Experience as a Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead of 2 years
* Strong clinical skills
* The desire to work in a Nursing home setting
* Legal right to work in the UK
