We are currently seeking an experienced, Home Manager (RGN or RMN) in Ipswich to join a successful, continuously growing nursing home provider to lead their three homes in the region.

As a Home Manager, you must be able to maintain high standards of care throughout all these services, develop the reputation of these homes with all stakeholders, and be able to inspire, lead and motivate your teams. As Home Manager - RGN or RMN you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring that staff are appropriately recruited, retained and developed
* Overseeing the budget and conducting regular audits where required
* Managing the home to maintain or improve the CQC ratings for the services
* Assessing safeguarding policies and ensuring clinical governance is conducted on a regular basis
* Developing and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders
* Delivering in house training for promoted staff or new recruits
* Working with commissioning teams and marketing new services

The ideal Home Manager will possess the following qualifications/skills:

* Nurse-qualified with NMC PIN (RGN or RMN) (required)
* Proven track record of multi-site operational management within a nursing home environment
* Experience managing a nursing home with a "Good" CQC inspection
* An in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and the KLOE framework
* UK Driver's License
* The legal right to work in the UK
