Registered Home Manager - Basingstoke, London - £40,000 per annum

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to grow and develop our clients beautiful service in Basingstoke, London.

The 24 bedded elderly, dementia and mental health care home was rated an overall Good in their latest CQC inspection. The successful candidate does not need to be a nurse, but must have previous experience as a manager with Good CQC report or be a strong deputy seeking the next step.

Responsibilities of the Registered Home Manager:

* Ensuring the home will maintain or exceed its Good CQC rating upon inspection
* Looking after recruitment and ensuring a full rota at all times
* Providing leadership to all staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment
* Managing the effective use of resources and maintaining high levels of occupancy within the home
* Establishing deep, meaningful relationships with the residents and their families
* Managing the budget and conducting financial audits
* Managing all complaints and safeguarding processes
* Continuing to develop working relationships with local authorities, CQC and external stakeholders

Essential requirements for the Registered Home Manager include:

* The candidate does not need to be a nurse but they do need to have previous experience as a manager with Good CQC report or be a strong Deputy seeking the next step.
* Demonstrating consistency/longevity in previous management roles
* Full UK driving license
* The legal right to work in the UK
