Registered Nurse - "State-of-the-Art" Nursing Home - Bristol, South West - £19.20 per hour + paid breaks (enhanced: £20.10 per hour)

Working hours: 36, 3 shifts per week

Shifts: Nights

We are recruiting for a registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with strong clinical skills to join a beautiful nursing home in Bristol. The service is part of an award-winning provider, whose high-quality nursing & dementia homes are state-of-the-art, with excellent cuisine, furnishings and activities for the residents.

In return for your dedication and commitment, our client is offering the successful night nurse a competitive hourly salary with enhanced rates, paid breaks and additional benefits.

* Competitive hourly rate of £19.20 per hour (salary circa £36,000)

Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse include:

* Deliver the highest standards of care
* Develop, review and update care plans
* Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
* Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
* Participate in the induction and training of new nurses on the unit
* Supervise and monitor standards of nursing care and take appropriate action to improve standards when required
* Ensure all clinical documentation is well maintained and filed in the appropriate places

The successful Registered Nurse will have:

* A nursing qualification with active NMC PIN (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
* Nursing home or hospital experience
* Strong clinical skills - peg feeds, palliative care, catheters etc.
* The legal right to work in the UK
