Occupational Therapist - Adult Community - Buckinghamshire - £32,394 - £34,056 per annum

Working hours: full time

A highly experienced and motivated occupational therapist is required to join our client's busy Adults' Community Team in Buckinghamshire. The successful occupational therapist will be involved in providing a responsive, equitable and high-quality community occupational therapy service to adults with a long-term condition in Buckinghamshire.

Role responsibilities as a Occupational Therapist:

* To be part of a responsive countywide OT service, undertaking and providing OT assessments and interventions within the home environment
* To demonstrate, encourage and support problem-solving, taking positive risks and sharing creative solutions
* To contribute to staff, team and service development
* To be a positive advocate for OT, continuing to raise the profile of OT, internally, externally and in the wider community
* To support the continued transformation and integration agenda within Adult Social Care
* To attend and engage in regular supervision, training and continual professional development.

Essential requirements of this Occupational Therapist role:

* Qualified occupational therapist with post qualified experience
* Planning and caseload management skills
* HCPC registration
* The legal right to work in the UK
