Community Nurse - Complex Care - Gloucester - up to £34,000 per annum

Home-based with travel (50% remote)

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

We are recruiting for an experienced registered nurse (RGN) for a large UK provider that offers live in or live out care packages to people with complex health needs, spinal cord injury, and acquired brain injuries.

The successful Community Nurse will have ownership and accountability of care provision for clients assigned to their case load in the Gloucester region. The successful candidate will also act as Care Manager to support the service through assessing & reviewing, training, development and observations of Personal Care Assistants (PAs).

The role will be Monday to Friday and will include about 50% home/remote working and 50% travel within the community. In return for your hard work and commitment, our client is offering the successful candidate a great benefits package and autonomous working.

Requirements of this Community Nurse role include:

* Maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with CQC, NMC and other professional standards
* Ensuring a high-level customer/client satisfaction through excellent communication, trouble-shooting difficulties, proactively managing expectations and creating solutions for clients
* Ensuring that clients, families and carers remain central to our service
* Providing clinical advice and guidance for clients, families, and care assistants
* Ensuring the accuracy of all clinical records and data completed within our care package
* Providing expertise on all clinical issues and development of the company

Qualifications & Requirements of this Community Nurse role:

* Registered General Nurse qualification and valid NMC PIN
* Ability to work independently
* Experience in complex care (including spinal cord and brain injuries)
* UK Driver's License
* The legal right to work in the UK
