Registered Nurse - Community Complex Care - Wrexham - Up to £34,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Location: Home based with extensive travel in designated North Wales region

We are currently looking for an experienced nurse (RGN) to join a community complex care service in Wrexham. Our client is a quality nationwide care service who are passionate about supporting adults, children and younger people with a wide range of complex health conditions. They offer person-centred care in the home, either through live in or live out care packages.

Duties as a Registered Nurse:

* Provide visionary leadership to clients allocated field-based team
* You will own and deliver company objectives and KPIS within budgetary requirements whilst maintaining a quality Service within the region to ensure CQC standards are met
* In conjunction with the commercial team, you will effectively support the Business development function and company growth

Essential requirements of this Registered Nurse role:

* Qualifications: Adult nursing qualification
* NMC PIN and the legal right to work in the UK
* Independent, self-motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision
* Ability to travel extensively predominantly within own geographical area but also across UK in order to meet business needs
* Car owner with full UK driving licence
* Confident and articulate communicator with ability to build strong relationships with all relevant bodies
* Prior experience within a client led and people focused industry
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office suite of applications
* Excellent team work along with verbal & written communication skills, results driven
* Previous experience working within a health and social care setting
