Deputy Home Manager - RMN or RNLD - Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire - £21 per hour + paid breaks

Working hours: 40 hours per week (supernumerary + clinical)

We are currently looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager (RMN or RNLD) with a background in mental health or learning disabilities nursing, to work at a 9-bedded care home in "Good" CQC standing.

The home specialises in learning disabilities and complex care and is located outside of Cambridge. The provider has 30 homes in their portfolio and are part of the "Top 20" Care Providers in the UK. Responsibilities as a Deputy Manager - RGN or RMN include:

* Assisting the Home Manager with audits and preparing for CQC inspections
* Training and recruitment of nursing and non-clinical staff
* Responsible for delivering the highest standards of care with dignity and respect
* Developing, reviewing and updating care plans
* Complying with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
* Ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered

Requirements for the successful Deputy Manager:

* Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with valid PIN
* Prior deputy manager experience within a care home environment
* Valid driver's license
* Legal right to work in the UK
