Senior Nurse - Brain Injury Rehabilitation - Hothfield, Kent - up to £36,747 per annum

A senior nurse (RGN or RNLD) is required to join our client's Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service in Hothfield, Kent. The service is a fantastic award winning Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre, which provides person-centred rehabilitation, care and support to male and female adults (over 18 years) with a brain injury or other complex neurological condition.

Situated within 12 acres, the service offers intense rehabilitation for adults in the post-acute phase following a brain injury right through to step-down independent supported living.

Essential requirements of this Senior Nurse role:

* Hold current NMC PIN registration and follow NMC Codes of Conduct at all times
* RGN or RNLD qualification
* Have patient care the heart of what you do, showing empathy, compassion and a desire to make a difference
* Have the ability to motivate, lead and supervise a team
* Be able to demonstrate initiative and creativity
* Be flexible and adaptable, well organised and able to manage time and workload effectively in line with the needs of the service
