Clinical Lead Nurse - RGN or RMN - Nursing Home - Highcliffe, Christchurch - £20 per hour

Hours: 36 hours per week, mixed shifts

We are currently looking for a clinical lead nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our client's nursing home in Highcliffe, Christchurch. The home is a 62 bedded specialist elderly and dementia home which was rated an overall 'Good' in their last CQC inspection, and have a reputation for providing first class care to their service users.

The home is part of one of the county's leading providers of nursing homes and they are looking for a passionate and dedicated clinical lead nurse to join their existing team. The team is trained to deliver first class care to those requiring both residential and nursing dementia care, attending to all personal needs whilst maintaining complete respect and dignity.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments
* Providing a highest standard of quality care of patients
* Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice
* To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care

Essential requirements as a Clinical Lead Nurse:

* A RGN or RMN qualification
* Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
* The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments
