Staff Nurse - RGN or RMN - Mental Health Hospital - Tunbridge Wells, Kent - Up to £35,000 per annum

We are currently looking for an experienced nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our client's mental health hospital in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

This private hospital is a unique, independent hospital, specialising in neurorehabilitation of adults and believes in an integrated, mind - body - spirit approach to supporting people suffering from complex neurological disabilities with cognitive and behavioural impairment

The hospital consists of four separate units:

* Complex and Intensive Care
* Acute Neuro-Rehabilitation
* Neuro-psychiatry
* Continuing Care

Job purpose as a Staff Nurse - RGN or RMN:

* Responsible for the running of the unit and acting as a clinical leader for the MDT on a Neuropsychiatric-rehabilitation unit
* Responsible for the assessment implementation and evaluation of care plans for individual patients
* Manage a patient case load
* Work as a key worker advising and supporting colleagues as required
* To assist the Unit Manager in setting and maintaining high standards of care evaluating quality

Desired experience:

* Experience in up to date psychiatric nursing interventions
* A knowledge of neuro psychiatry
* Up to date NMC doe of conduct
* Up to date knowledge of administration of medicine

Essential requirements of this Staff Nurse - RGN or RMN role:

* A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) qualification
* Current registration with the NMC
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Up to date knowledge of current practices
