Registered Home Manager - Twickenham, West London - Up to £60,000 per annum + bonus

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to manage a 35-bedded, CQC-rated "Good" residential/dementia care home near Twickenham, West London.

The provider has a positive reputation across the UK and have over 30 homes in their portfolio, providing high-quality care for those with nursing, dementia and residential needs. They have been voted in the "Top 20" care providers in the UK.

Responsibilities of the Registered Home Manager:

* Ensuring the home will maintain or exceed its Good CQC rating upon inspection
* Looking after recruitment and ensuring a full rota at all times
* Providing leadership to all staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment
* Managing the effective use of resources and maintaining high levels of occupancy within the home
* Establishing deep, meaningful relationships with the residents and their families
* Managing the budget and conducting financial audits
* Managing all complaints and safeguarding processes
* Continuing to develop working relationships with local authorities, CQC and external stakeholders

Essential requirements for the Registered Home Manager include:

* 5 years' experience as a nursing/residential Home Manager (required)
* Proven track record managing a care home with "Good" CQC ratings (required)
* Demonstrating consistency/longevity in previous management roles
* Full UK driving license
* The legal right to work in the UK
