Non-Medical Prescriber - RGN or RMN - Substance Misuse - Stockton-on-Tees - Up to £37,600 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are currently looking for an experienced non-medical prescriber (RGN or RMN) to join a substance misuse service in Stockton-on-Tees. This service is a vibrant and innovative charity committed to help those who are affected by substance misuse. They provide support to individuals, their families and the wider communities

They are looking for an NMP (RGN or RMN) who can provide an assertive approach to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, young people and adults. You must also demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to best safeguarding practice.

Duties as a Non-Medical Prescriber - RGN or RMN:

* Specialist prescribing services
* Rapid access to assessment
* Responsive titration and a range of clinical and psychosocial interventions to people entering the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service through referral, open access or the criminal justice system
* BBV testing, vaccinations, ECG's and support through alcohol and opiate detoxification

Essential requirements of this Non-Medical Prescriber - RGN or RMN role:

* RGN or RMN qualification with valid NMC PIN
* The legal right to work in the UK
* Non-medical prescriber qualification and post qualified experience in an NMP substance misuse role
