Regional Manager - RGN or RMN - Hampshire - £75,000 per annum, negotiable DOE

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager (RGN or RMN) to cover two homes in the Southampton and Portsmouth regions, with an additional one in the near future.

Our client focuses on providing specialised care to those with nursing, complex needs and mental health requirements. All homes are in "Good" CQC-standing. Responsibilities of the Regional Manager:

* Ensuring that staff are appropriately recruited, retained and developed
* Overseeing the budget and conducting regular audits where required
* Working with the Home Managers to maintain or improve the CQC ratings for the services, making sure they considering and meeting KPIs
* Assessing safeguarding policies and ensuring clinical governance is conducted on a regular basis
* Developing and fostering positive relationships with both internal and external takeholders
* Deliver in house training where applicable
* Working with commissioning teams and marketing new services

Requirements of the Regional Manager:

* Nursing-qualification (RGN or RMN) with valid PIN (preferred)
* NVQ Level 5 in Management (preferred)
* 3 years' experience as a Regional Manager within a Nursing Home setting (required)
* Demonstrated track record managing homes with "Good" CQC ratings
* Driver's License
* The legal right to work in the UK
