Nursing Home Manager - Nurse Qualified - Leeds, West Yorkshire - £60,000 per annum (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for a nurse-qualified Home Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to lead a 90-bedded retirement village in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
The home is in "Good" CQC standing and provides care to those with nursing, respite and complex care needs in a luxury, personalised setting. In return for your commitment and dedication our client will reward you with an above-average starting salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities of the Nursing Home Manager:
* Ensuring the home will maintain or exceed its Good CQC rating upon inspection
* Looking after recruitment and ensuring a full rota at all times
* Providing leadership to all staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment
* Managing the effective use of resources and maintaining high levels of occupancy within the home
* Establishing deep, meaningful relationships with the residents and their families
* Managing the budget and conducting financial audits
* Managing all complaints and safeguarding processes
* Continuing to develop working relationships with local authorities, CQC and external stakeholders
Essential requirements for the Nursing Home Manager include:
* Nurse-qualification with valid NMC PIN (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
* Proven track record managing care home(s) with "Good" CQC ratings
* Experience managing a 60+ bedded nursing home
* Demonstrating consistency/longevity in previous management roles
* Full UK driving license
* The legal right to work in the UK
