Peripatetic Home Manager - RGN - South West (Somerset, Devon, Cornwall) - Up to £60,000 per annum

We are looking for an RGN - Peripatetic Home Manager to cover 3-4 nursing homes in the South West (Somerset, Devon and Cornwall). This opportunity is ideal for an experienced manager who has led "Good" CQC-rated nursing homes and/or who has successfully turned around services in need of improvement.

Responsibilities of the Peripatetic Home Manager role include:

* Stepping in to homes without managers or those in need of improvement
* Managing all aspects of the homes' daily operation, including the budget
* Ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is provided through regular compliance audits
* Working towards a "Good" or higher CQC rating for the home
* Recruitment and training of all staff
* Managing complaints, safeguarding processes
* Developing and growing relationships with the residents, their families and external stakeholders

Essential requirements of this Peripatetic Home Manager role:

* Nursing qualification with active PIN (must be an RGN)
* Have a proven record of running a Home that has been awarded a "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC rating
* Understand CQC regulations in detail
* Hold a valid UK driver's license
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
