Home Manager - Nurse Qualified - Large Nursing Home - Cannock, Staffordshire - Up to £65,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced, nurse-qualified home manager to join an established "Top 20 Care Provider", to care for the residents in this 100+-bedded nursing home.

It is essential you have successfully managed at least a 70-bedded service in the past within a nursing home environment. In return for your hard work, our client is offering a strong starting salary and comprehensive benefits package.

The Home Manager role includes the following responsibilities:

* Managing all aspects of the home's daily operation
* Ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is provided
* Maintaining and/or improving the "Good" CQC rating for the home
* Recruitment and training of staff
* Managing complaints, safeguarding processes

Essential requirements of this Home Manager role:

* Nurse-qualified (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
* Have a valid NMC PIN and the legal right to work in the UK
* Have a Proven record of running a Home that has been awarded a "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC rating
* Have experience managing a 70+ bedded home
* Understand CQC regulations in detail
* Hold a valid UK driver's license
