Nursing Home Manager - RGN or RMN - with guaranteed progression to Regional Manager - Bradford, West Yorkshire - £60,000 per annum + PRP

We are currently recruiting for a nurse-qualified home manager (RGN or RMN), to take on the responsibility of running a small nursing home located a few miles outside of Bradford. The home has 38 beds and provides care to those with nursing, residential and dementia needs, providing a high-quality experience for their residents in a beautiful stone building.

In return for your hard work, our client is offering the successful manager an above-average starting salary, bonus scheme and benefits package. This role is well-suited to someone who would like to progress into a Regional Manager's role in the near future.

Responsibilities of the Nursing Home Manager - RGN or RMN include:

* Overseeing the smooth daily running of the home
* Ensuring the home will maintain its Good CQC rating upon inspection
* Establishing deep, meaningful relationships with the residents and their families
* Looking after recruitment and ensuring a full rota at all times
* Providing leadership to all staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment
* Managing the effective use of resources and maintaining high levels of occupancy within the home
* Managing the budget and conducting financial audits
* Managing all complaints and safeguarding processes
* Continuing to develop working relationships with local authorities, CQC and external stakeholders

Requirements for the Nursing Home Manager include:

* Nurse-qualified (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC PIN
* At least 3 years' experience as a Nursing Home Manager
* Proven track record managing nursing home(s) with "Good" CQC ratings
* Demonstrating consistency/longevity in previous management roles
* Full UK driving license
* The legal right to work in the UK
