Registered Home Manager - Essex - Up to £60,000 per annum + benefits

We are currently seeking an experienced registered home manager to manage a newly opened 40-bedded luxury residential/dementia care home in Essex.

Our client has a positive reputation across the UK and have over 30 homes in their portfolio, providing high-quality care for those with nursing, dementia and residential needs. In return for your hard work our client is offering an excellent salary, benefits package and bonus incentives.

Responsibilities as a Registered Home Manager:

* Overseeing the smooth daily running of the home
* Ensuring the home will receive a GOOD CQC rating upon inspection
* Establishing deep, meaningful relationships with the residents and their families
* Looking after recruitment and ensuring a full rota at all times Providing leadership to all staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment
* Managing the effective use of resources and maintaining high levels of occupancy within the home
* Managing the budget and conducting financial audits
* Managing all complaints and safeguarding processes
* Continuing to develop working relationships with local authorities, CQC and external stakeholders

Essential requirements for the Registered Home Manager include:

* At least 3 years' experience as a nursing/residential Care Home Manager
* Demonstrating consistency/longevity in previous management roles
* Proven track record managing nursing home(s) with "Good" CQC ratings
* Flexibility to work the occasional weekend, if needed
* Full UK driving license
* The legal right to work in the UK
