Nursing Home Manager - RGN or RMN - Dorset - £55,000 per annum DOE

We are seeking an experienced nurse-qualified (RGN or RMN) home manager based in Dorset to join an established nursing home provider with a positive reputation.

The organisation has planned expansions in the region and are looking for a strong leader with a commissioning background and/or experience managing a "Good" CQC-inspected service. The job role as a Nursing Home Manager:

* Managing all aspects of the home's daily operation, including the budget
* Ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is provided at all times
* Marketing the home and striving for full occupancy from the beginning
* Building relationships with all service users and liaising with their families, in addition to external stakeholders and the community at large
* Ensuring a CQC-compliant home, striving for "Good" upon first inspection
* Recruitment and training of staff
* Managing complaints, safeguarding processes

The ideal Nursing Home Manager will possess the following qualifications/skills:

* Nurse-qualified (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC PIN
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a nursing home manager
* Proven record managing a "Good" CQC-rated nursing Home
* In depth understanding of CQC regulations/KLOEs
* Hold a full UK driver's licence
* The legal right to work in the UK
