Setting: Mental Health/Learning Disabilities/Complex Physical Disabilities/Challenging Behaviours

Working Hours: Days - Full Time and Part Time

We are currently looking for a nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) for a permanent opportunity in a nursing home Sheffield, Yorkshire. This nursing home has 59 beds across four units. They are looking for an experienced and dedicated nurse, who is committed providing exceptional quality care.

The home is committed to providing the best care and support to all our Service Users, the average ratio of staff in this Home is 6 Support Workers to every Nurse.

As a Nurse - Complex Needs you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments
* Providing a highest standard of quality care of patients
* Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice
* To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care

As a Nurse - Complex Needs, you will have:

* An RGN, RMN or RNLD qualification
* Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
* The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments
