Nursing Home Manager - Southport - Up to £43,000 per annum + bonus

This is a great opportunity for a nurse-qualified home manager to join a small, 30-bedded service in Southport. The successful nursing home manager will manage all aspects of the home's daily operations, ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is provided, as well improving the CQC rating of the home from Requires Improvement to Good or above.

This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys identifying areas of improvement and devising ways to implement the necessary changes.

Your duties as the Home Manager will include:

* Working with the CQC to ensure the home is fully compliant
* Handling the Home's finances, including budgets and audits
* Recruiting and supervising all Nursing staff
* Managing patient care and external relationships
* Identifying areas of improvement and devising procedures or changes to be made

Essential requirements for this Nursing Home Manager role:

* Nurse-qualified with NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
* Experience as a Nursing Home Manager
* Sound knowledge of the CQC framework and KLOEs
* The legal right to work in the UK
