Nurse - Learning Disability - Leeds, Yorkshire - £16 per hour

Working Hours: 8 - 8 shifts, nights

We are currently looking for a nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join a specialist learning disabilities nursing home in Leeds, Yorkshire.

The nursing home accommodates up to 27 adults with learning and physical disabilities. They are looking for a nurse to deliver high quality care, and who has a person-centred approach to ensure every individual's needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity and respect.

As a Nurse - Learning Disability you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments
* Providing a highest standard of quality care of patients
* Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice
* To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care

As a Nurse - Learning Disability, you will have:

* An RGN or RMN or RNLD qualification
* Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
* The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments
