Non-Medical Prescriber - Substance misuse - Lancashire - Up to £37,000 Per Annum DOE

Liquid Healthcare are currently recruiting for an experienced non-medical prescriber (RGN or RMN) seeking a permanent position within a substance misuse/drug and alcohol recovery team for a client based in Lancashire. Our client is a vibrant and innovative drug and alcohol charity committed to helping those who are affected by substance misuse. They have provided support to individuals, their families and the wider communities.

The successful candidate will be joining a multi-disciplinary team offering specialist prescribing services, rapid access to assessment, responsive titration and a range of clinical and psycho-social interventions to people entering the drug and alcohol recovery Service through referral, open access or the criminal justice system. This will include BBV testing, vaccinations, ECG's and support through alcohol and opiate detoxification

Duties as a Non-Medical Prescriber:

* Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments
* Providing the highest standard of quality care of patients
* Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice
* Develop care plans and risk assessments

Essential Requirements:

* A nursing qualification (RGN or RMN)
* Current registration with the NMC
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Post-qualified experience
