Contract: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time

Shifts: Days or Nights

Our client in Willenhall, West Midlands are currently looking for a newly qualified RMN or RNLD, to take on a preceptorship nurse position working within acute mental health.

Our client is one of the region's leading providers of mental health care and is part of one of the country's award-winning healthcare companies. The service provides care to men and women over the age of 18, suffering from a range of mental health needs, covering eating disorders, anxiety and depression, and also more acute and complex psychiatric illness.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a preceptorship nurse to join a fast-paced and challenging service in which you can develop both personally and professionally. You will also be joining the service at a really exciting time with them opening new wards and renovating some of their existing wards.

As a Preceptorship Nurse - RMN or RNLD you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by liaising with all health workers and professionals
* Providing a high-quality care
* Promoting and maintaining high standards of clinical practice

As a Preceptorship Nurse you will have:

* An RMN or RNLD qualification
* Current and valid registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
* The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and assessments
* Experience of mental health services
* Acute experience (desirable)
* Knowledge of the revised Mental Health Act (1983)
