Occupational Therapist - Band 6 - Community Rehabilitation Team - Lambeth - £26 - £28 per hour

This is a full-time role with the potential for flexible working hours.

We are currently looking for an occupational therapist to join one of our NHS clients in Lambeth. The successful occupational therapist will be working in the integrated Community Rehabilitation Team splitting time between ward and community-based work.

The successful Occupational Therapist will have experience of:

* Community and hospital based occupational therapy
* Assessing and measuring equipment and adaptations for falls prevention
* Setting and achieving rehabilitation goals
* Complex equipment issues
* Managing a caseload
* Reviewing services to ensure they continue to meet the identified outcomes.
* Liaising with other professionals, such as doctors, physiotherapists, social workers, equipment, as well as patients' families and carers and employers
* Writing reports and attending multidisciplinary case meetings to plan and review ongoing treatment.
* Organising support for carers and clients;
* Managing a caseload, prioritising needs, and completing administrative tasks

As an Occupational Therapist you MUST be:

* HCPC registered
* Eligible to work in the UK
