Nurse - Brain Injury Clinic - Stoke on Trent, West Midlands - £25,350 - £33,035 per annum + £1,000 welcome bonus

Working Hours: 37.5 hours, 11.5hr shifts with a 1-hour lunch break

Shifts: Nights only

My client is looking for a Night Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join their team in Stoke on Trent, West Midlands.

The Site has 52 beds and specialises in the treatment of patients, from 16 years and upwards, who have severe physical and/ or cognitive problems resulting from a brain injury.

As a Nurse you will be responsible for:

* To identify care needs of patients, planning and implementing nursing interventions and evaluating outcomes of care given
* To ensure high standards of evidence-based nursing care are delivered consistently
* To administer drugs and check preparations in accordance with Company policy and NMC guidelines.
* To communicate information accurately on patient care to the patient, families, internal and external professionals, whilst maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the principles of Information Governance
* To report and record incident and accidents in accordance with policy and procedures
* To assist in the induction, development and supervision of, new and junior night staff members, as required

As a Nurse you will have:

* An NMC qualification with current NMC registration (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
* Experience in a similar setting
* Legal entitlement to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS
