Community Nurse - Complex Care - Wrexham and Wales - up to £34,000 per annum

We currently looking for a community complex care nurse (RGN) to operate vastly on a homecare package in Wrexham and Wales. The successful RGN will travel across Wales to assess and provide clinical support to patients suffering from spinal cord and brain injuries in their own homes.

Due to the need to travel across North Wales it is essential that you own your own car. Petrol expenses are provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to work mostly during the week with the odd weekend required.

The ideal Community Nurse will be someone who is currently working in ITU or HDU or have previous community complex care experience or have university experience working in ITU or HDU.

Responsibilities as a Community Nurse:

* Maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with CQC, NMC and other professional standard
* Ensuring a high-level customer/client satisfaction through excellent communication, trouble-shooting difficulties, proactively managing expectations and creating solutions for clients
* Ensuring that clients, families and carers remain central to our service
* Clinical advice and guidance for clients, families, and care assistants
* Ensure the accuracy of all clinical records and data completed within care packages
* To provide expertise on all clinical issues
* To provide a professional service to the company
* To play a role in the continuous development of the company

Essential requirements for this Community Nurse role:

* Confident, with the ability to communicate and present at all level
* Computer literate, able to prioritise and deliver results
* Strong organisational skills, including risk management
* RGN qualification and NMC PIN
* The legal right to work in the UK
