Staff Nurse - RMN/RNLD - Hospital - Widnes - Up to £30,900 Per Annum + £5000 Welcome Bonus

Working hours: 38.5 Hours Per Week

Liquid Healthcare are currently recruiting for a staff nurse (RMN or RNLD) to join a hospital team in Widnes, Warrington.

The hospital is split into four distinct areas. Male autism service for the challenging and complex needs of adults with autism and Asperger's syndrome. Assessment and rehabilitation for women with complex mental health needs and personality difficulties. Specialist inpatient service for older men with complex mental health and physical health needs. Low secure care setting for men with a mental illness with or without personality disorder/mild learning disabilities.

Duties of this Staff Nurse Role:

* Ensure effective communication systems are in place and used appropriately
* Work collaboratively with the team through effective leadership and motivational skills
* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents/patients from admission to discharge
* Function as named nurse to allocated residents/patients and ensure involvement in all aspects of the rehabilitation programme including writing of multi-disciplinary team reports & attending case reviews
* Ensure that all relevant codes of practice and regulations (MHA 1983, NMC & Care Standards Act 2000) are upheld
* Ensure ongoing professional development is maintained
* Comply with all company policies and procedures including Health & Safety and Fire Safety etc.

Essential Requirements:

* A current, valid registration with the NMC
* The right to work in the UK
* A nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
* Post-qualified experience
