Staff Nurse - Learning Disability - Dundee, Scotland - £16 per hour

Hours: Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Staff Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to join a Learning Disability Nursing Home in Dundee, Scotland. They are looking for a dedicated and honest RGN or RNLD, to join their small nursing home.

Duties as a Staff Nurse - Learning Disability:

  • Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations
  • Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality
  • Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing
  • Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
  • Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guideline

As a Staff Nurse - Learning Disability, you will need:

  • RMN or RNLD Qualified
  • NMC Registered
  • Have knowledge of the Mental Health Act
  • Be patient centric and have a commitment to delivering high quality care
  • Possess fine-tuned decision-making skills
  • The legal right to work in the UK
