Physiotherapist - Paediatrics - Band 6 - Greenwich - £24 - £27 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Physiotherapist with Paediatric experience. Our client is happy to consider a Physiotherapist at Band 6 level. 

The Paediatrics role involves the assessment and treatment of children of all ages within a community setting. As the role is in the community the successful Physiotherapist will be required to work in different bases around the borough of Greenwich, including children's homes. 

Due to the nature of the role, a car driver is essential.

The successful Physiotherapist - Paediatrics will have experience of:

  • Responsible for managing own caseload of children
  • Community care
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date clinical records
  • Sufficient paediatric experience
  • Developing and reviewing treatment programmes, that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques
  • Accurately writing patient case notes and reports
  • Educating patients and their carers about how to prevent and/or improve conditions
  • Keeping up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals to exchange information about the background and progress of patients, as well as to refer patients who require other medical attention
  • Managing clinical risk
  • Own car and licence essential
  • RIO training desirable

As a Physiotherapist, you must have:

  • HCPC registration
  • The legal right to work in the UK
