Staff Nurse - Award Winning Nursing Home - Kent - up to £17p/h

Days / nights / mixed shifts

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Nurses who want to make a difference by joining a team and supporting adults with profound disabilities. You will be joining a Nursing Home in Deal, Kent, which is operated by a private Charity Organisation which aims to provide inclusive, life long care around the Kent and East Sussex areas.

Your role responsibilities as a Nurse working in this Nursing Home will include: 

  • Providing exceptional, person-centred care within a clinical setting
  • Assessing the changing needs and condition of residents
  • Reviewing care plans accordingly
  • Being confident enough to react accordingly to emergencies
  • Ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Partaking in the training and induction of all new members of staff, healthcare assistants and student nurses
  • Complying with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines including acting upon CQC recommendations

Essential requirements:

  • A Nursing qualification
  • Experience in Complex Care / Disabilities
  • NMC registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
