Staff Nurse - Complex Care Service - Ipswich - up to £29,844 + £2,652 welcome bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for an RGN to join an enthusiastic and committed team within a complex care service in Ipswich. You will be interested in the challenging and rewarding field of neurological care in Ipswich. 

This is an opportunity to join a professional and friendly team helping service users on their care pathway whilst sharpening your medical knowledge in a passionate, charity environment. This complex care service is one of the most luxurious in the area, offering every level of care. 

Enhancements:

  • 8pm to 6am (nights 30%)
  • Friday midnight to Sunday midnight (weekends 45%)
  • Public Holidays (24 hours midnight to midnight 60%)

As a Complex Care Staff Nurse, you will be:

  • Providing exceptional, person-centred care
  • Assessing the changing needs and condition of residents
  • Reviewing care plans accordingly
  • Being confident enough to react accordingly to emergencies
  • Ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships
  • Partaking in the training and induction of all new members of staff, healthcare assistants and student nurses
  • Complying with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines including acting upon CQC recommendations

You will have:

  • A Registered General Nursing qualification (RGN)
  • Current registration with the NMC and have a legal right to work in the UK 
  • Up to date knowledge of current practices
