Team Supervisor - Supported Living Service - Sutton - £10.60p/h

40 hour working week

You will work on a 2 week rolling rota which will include every other weekend

Shifts:

7am – 9pm

1pm – 7pm

We are looking for a Team Supervisor to join a supported living service in Sutton. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the service. You will be leading the team on shift in providing the highest standards of care and support to all service users.

Duties as a Team Supervisor for a Supported Living Service will include:

  • Effectively lead the shift by ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
  • Shift/people management
  • Covering all aspects of the support worker role as and when required
  • Acting as a representative at all times when liaising with external stakeholders including medical professionals, care managers, families, advocates, therapists, prospective service users etc.
  • Supporting referral activities by attending service user assessments and host service visits
  • Attending and preparing service users reviews
  • Observing and operating at all times in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Being part of the on call team
  • Being responsible for attending and completing all mandatory training
  • Undertaking any other duties appropriately and as needed

Requirements in this role:

  • Experience in the health and social care sector
  • Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Sound working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
  • Medication trained
  • A UK Driving License is preferable
