Staff Nurse - RMN or RNLD - Brand New CAMHS Hospital - Rotherham - up to £33,000p/a

Days and nights, 37.5 hours per week

Our client is in need of a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) for a permanent opportunity in a brand new CAMHS Mental Health Hospital in Rotherham, Yorkshire. The hospital is part of one of the nation's leading providers of mental health services and they are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their existing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and develop a brand new service in the South Yorkshire area. There are considerable opportunities to develop yourself in a new role.

Duties as a CAMHS Mental Health Nurse include:

  • Providing a high quality, timely and specialist CAMHS service for children and young people 
  • Maximising the health outcomes of children, young people and their families
  • Having direct engagement with specialist multidisciplinary professionals and work in collaboration with other disciplines
  • Facilitating research that will increase the evidence base for the understanding, assessment and treatment of children and young people
  • Identifying appropriate outcome measures

You will be required to have:

  • An RMN or RNLD qualification
  • Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
