Service Manager - RMN / RNLD - Learning Disability Service - Essex - up to £39,596p/a + benefits

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are looking for a Service Manager, with a passion for delivering the best quality of care, to work in a specialist complex care and rehabilitation service for men with learning disabilities.

The service can also support adults who have additional mental and physical health needs, and those who have been detained under the Mental Health Act.

Duties of this Service Manager role in a Learning Disability Service include:

  • Leading the senior management team
  • Ensuring the integrity of all functions in the hospital across Clinical, Finance, HR and Support Services
  • Deputising in the absence of the Manager
  • Ensuring the hospital remains compliant with CQC requirements and all regulated activities
  • Being responsible for the provision of a high-quality service, both in respect of service user care and employee engagement
  • Reviewing and developing potential opportunities for improved quality and commercial growth

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • An RMN or RNLD Nursing qualification
  • Excellent knowledgeable of CQC guidance and other regulatory requirements
  • Experience of managing a healthcare service
  • NMC registration
