Night Nurse Coordinator - RMN / RNLD - Learning Disability and Autism Service - Stoke-on-Trent - £37,500p/a

37.5 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Nurse Coordinator to join a leading Learning Disability and Autism Service in Stoke-on-Trent. In this role, you will be working permanent nights and have a working week of 37.5 hours. The service provides care to individuals with autism, forensic histories and highly complex and severe challenging behaviour.

This Night Nurse Coordinator position in Stoke-on-Trent involves:

  • Providing a high visible clinical/operational leadership to the ward team
  • Promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing of patients
  • Ensuring the safe, effective, and productive treatment of patients at all times
  • Working on a rotational basis alongside other Charge Nurses as the Manager on call

You need to have:

  • Experience in a leadership/management capacity 
  • Recognised Mentorship Qualification
  • NVQ assessor qualification
  • RMN / RNLD qualification
