Staff Nurse - Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Nursing Home - Walsall, West Midlands - £16ph + paid breaks and handovers - Full time, permanent position - Days only

I am currently recruiting for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a superb home in Walsall. This is a full time permanent day position with a brilliant salary with paid breaks and handover. The position is within the complex dementia unit. 

The home is situated near Walsall and is easily assessable via public transport and has a range of different amenities. As a staff nurse you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the shift, assessing priorities, delegating available resource effectively and ensuring documentation is completed
  • Administering medication
  • Reviewing the care needs of patients, analysing trends to ensure clinical reports are maintained accurately and ensuring care is delivered accordingly based on each patient's requirements

As staff nurse (RMN) you will have: 

  • A Registered Nurse qualification (RMN)
  • Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
  • The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and assessments
  • Experience of mental health services
  • A genuine passion for nursing, along with an excellent understanding of either learning disabilities or mental health conditions
