Community Nurse – RGN – Complex Care – Greater Manchester - £30,000 - £36,00 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, highly skilled and professional RGN to take on a community nurse position working within complex care. This community nurse position entails running the Greater Manchester care packages, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

They are looking for an RGN to manage and develop the adult care packages 3 days a week and work from the head office for the other two days. Ideally you will have experience within the community or working in ITU, CCU or HDU.

Responsibilities as a Community Nurse – RGN – Complex Care:

  • Maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with CQC, NMC and other professional standard
  • Ensuring a high level customer/client satisfaction through excellent communication, trouble-shooting difficulties, proactively managing expectations and creating solutions for clients
  • Ensuring that clients, families and carers remain central to our service
  • Clinical advice and guidance for clients, families, and care assistants
  • Ensure the accuracy of all clinical records and data completed within our  care package
  • To provide expertise on all clinical issues
  • To provide a professional service to the company
  • To play a role in the continuous development of the company

For this Community Nurse – RGN – Complex Care role, you must have:

  • Experience in airway management, including Tracheotomies and Ventilators
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Experience delivering clinical training would be advantageous
  • The legal right to work in the UK
