Staff Nurse – RGN, RMN, RNLD – Learning Disabilities – Wellingborough - £30,000 per annum + £3,000 welcome bonus

Working Hours: 8 - 8 shifts, days or nights

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse ( RGN, RMN, RNLD ) to join a learning disabilities nursing home in Wellingborough. This positon offers a fantastic £3,000 welcome bonus, as well as excellent training and development opportunities, making this a great opportunity for a Nurse who is looking to develop in their nursing career.

They are looking for an RGN, RMN or RNLD, who has precious experience of working within a learning disabilities environment, and who can provide exceptional quality care at all times throughout the nursing home.

As a Staff Nurse – RGN, RMN, RNLD – Learning Disabilities you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments 
  • Providing a highest standard of quality care of patients 
  • Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice 
  • To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care

As a Staff Nurse – RGN, RMN, RNLD – Learning Disabilities, you will have:

  • An RGN or RMN or RNLD qualification
  • Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK 
  • The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and risk assessments
