Staff Nurse – RGN, RMN, RNLD - Nursing Home - Elderly/Dementia – Lytham - Up to £35,000 per annum

Full Time - 24 - 42 hours per week

I am currently recruiting for an RGN, RMN or RNLD to join a nursing home in Lytham which has a Good CQC. There is a variety of working hours available, from 24 – 42 hours per week.

They are looking for an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD, who has the ability to provide exceptional quality care at all times.

The role of the Staff Nurse – RGN, RMN, RNLD is:

  • Deliver the highest standards of care with dignity and respect
  • Develop, review and update care plans
  • Comply with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
  • Ensure medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered
  • Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are read, understood are adhered to by all staff
  • Provide clinical leadership & supervision for the staff nurses healthcare staff
  • Supervise and monitor standards of nursing care and take appropriate action to improve standards when required
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is well maintained and filed in the appropriate places

As a Staff Nurse – RGN, RMN, RNLD, you must have:

  • NMC PIN
  • RGN or RMN or RNLD qualification
  • The legal right to work in the UK
