RGN – Community Nurse – Adults – Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, York – Up to £36,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

We are currently recruiting for an exciting new community role based across Yorkshire ( Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, York ). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly skilled RGN who is looking for a new community nursing position working with adults.

They are looking for an RGN who has strong organisational skills – including risk management, as well as exceptional communication skills.

The benefits of this RGN – Community Nurse – Adults role include:

  • Salary up to £36,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm working hours

Responsibilities as a RGN – Community Nurse – Adults:

  • Maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with CQC, NMC and other professional standard
  • Ensuring a high level customer/client satisfaction through excellent communication, trouble-shooting difficulties, proactively managing expectations and creating solutions for clients
  • Ensuring that clients, families and carers remain central to our service
  • Clinical advice and guidance for clients, families, and care assistants
  • Ensure the accuracy of all clinical records and data completed within our  care packages
  • To provide expertise on all clinical issues
  • To provide a professional service to the company
  • To play a role in the continuous development of the company

The essential requirement for this RGN – Community Nurse – Adults role are:

  • RGN Qualification and NMC PIN
  • Management experience/qualification preferred
  • Post registration nursing experience
  • The legal right to work in the UK
  • Healthcare background, with a passion for clinical excellence
  • Strong organisational skills, including risk management
  • Computer literate, able to prioritise and deliver results 
  • Confident, with the ability to communicate and present at all level
