Full time, permanent position, days only

I am currently recruiting for a Registered Learning Disability Nurse ( RNLD ) to join a superb home in Walsall. This is a full time permanent day position with a brilliant salary and paid breaks. The home has a range of services from dementia, mental health conditions and old age and is known for being a beautiful home.

The home is situated near Walsall and is easily accessible via public transport and has a range of different amenities. As an RNLD – Staff Nurse – Nursing Home you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the shift, assessing priorities, delegating available resource effectively and ensuring documentation is completed
  • Administering medication
  • Reviewing the care needs of patients, analysing trends to ensure clinical reports are maintained accurately and ensuring care is delivered accordingly based on each patient's requirements

As an RNLD – Staff Nurse – Nursing Home you will have:

  • A Registered Nurse qualification (RNLD)
  • Current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
  • The ability to use your skills to develop care plans and assessments
  • Experience of mental health services
  • A genuine passion for nursing, along with an excellent understanding of either learning disabilities or mental health conditions
