Deputy Care Home Manager - RGN or RMN  - Elderly Nursing Home - Bramhall, Greater Manchester - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

I am currently recruiting for a Deputy Care Home Manager ( RGN or RMN ) to join a fully compliant home in Bramhall. This is a great role for a nurse with experience in leading a team or in a deputy role that is looking to take a step up.

Reporting to the Registered Manager, the Deputy Care Home Manager will be responsible for assisting the Care Manager to deliver high quality nursing and care of our residents. 

The successful candidate will monitor the performance of staff, ensuring additional training and support is provided where necessary.

As a Deputy Care Home Manager - RGN or RMN  you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership & supervision for the healthcare staff
  • Delivering the highest standards of care with dignity and respect
  • Complying with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines

As a Deputy Care Home Manager - RGN or RMN, you will need:

  • Valid NMC PIN
  • RGN or RMN qualification
  • Proven experience of post-qualification Practice in a health and social care setting with older people
  • Previous experience of leading a team
